Under no circumstances is the puppy to be surrendered, abandoned, rehomed, or placed in a shelter, rescue, or with a third party without prior written approval from the Breeder. Buyer is responsible for transporting the puppy and/or dog to the residence of breeder or agreed upon location. Buyer will be responsible for any cost related to this transportation.Refund PolicyIf the puppy is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, the Buyer may receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price, issued only after the puppy has been successfully placed in a new home. The remaining 50% is retained by the Breeder to cover costs associated with care, housing, advertising, and rehoming. If the puppy is returned after 30 days, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable, unless the puppy passes away while still in the care of the Breeder. Any additional fees for boarding, training etc.. are non-refundable.Financial ResponsibilityThe Buyer agrees to assume all veterinary costs, transportation expenses, and any other financial responsibilities associated with the puppy after it leaves the Breeder’s care. The Buyer waives any claim for reimbursement or financial compensation from the Breeder outside of what is expressly stated in this Agreement. Full payment for the puppy is due prior to or at the time of pickup or delivery.Return AgreementThe Buyer voluntarily agrees to return the above-described puppy to JKKJ Farms, LLC on:Date By signing below, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:2.
