Thank you for filling out our puppy application. This helps me to have your information on file and be prepared to talk with you about a possible puppy match for you, or upcoming litters.

Our Puppies range from $2,000 to $4,000 regardless of coat color, eye color, size, and gender. On occasion we offer breeding rights on select pups (Please see health guarantee and or Q&A tab for pricing). Do you want to continue with this puppy application?
When are you looking to bring your puppy home?
Please note we prefer to place puppies based on their temperament rather than coat color. However, we do allow families the option. Please pick your preferred color preference with the understanding we cannot guarantee temperament, structure, and overall fit which are our top priorities when matching puppies to potential families.
What is you goal for owning an Australian Shepherd and or Miniature American Shepherd puppy?
Would you like to inquire about or secure a Priority Reservation for one of the first four puppy–selection positions from an upcoming litter? The Priority Reservation fee is a $100 nonrefundable fee that is optional if you want to reserve a position within the first four selections for a planned unborn litter. This fee is separate from the puppy purchase price and is not applied towards the final balance. If the selected litter does not produce a puppy matching your stated preferences, the reservation maybe transferred one time to another planned litter.

Do you agree to the liability Waiver? To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue JKKJ FARMS, LLC, it's owners, agents, volunteers, representatives, employees, or contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or other incident that may occur to me, my guests, or my dog(s) in connection with or during the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Note:

We raise AKC Australian Shepherds (Aussie) and AKC Miniature American Shepherds (MAS) that are dual registered w/ASDR. Our breeding dogs undergo Genetic Testing and that testing can be viewed under the "Our Dogs" tab. Our pups come microchipped, have health insurance, and they will have received age appropriate vaccines and parasite prevention prior to pickup. Initial training is also started which includes: potty, crate, and leash training. Pups are exposed to livestock, children, and items/sounds around the farm. We try our best to place our pups based on temperament/personality rather than color but we will do our best to accommodate. Please note: Eyes, size, and ear structure are not guaranteed. Also, while we prefer to adhere to AKC/ASCA/ASDR breed standards in regards to tail docking we do allow families the option to refuse tail docking (See Q&A tab for details). Please note: sometimes our puppies are naturally born without tails (NBT).
