Our Story

JKKJ FARMS is a small family owned farm located in Angelina County. JKKJ stands for Jesse, Kim, Kayla, Jathan. Agriculture has been a staple in our lives since 2000 and we wanted to share our experience with the youth of SETX. Our journey began with horses and chickens. We added a small herd of registered Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. Followed by some ABGA Boer goats and then went back to Nigerian Dwarf just to keep our dogs active. Along the way we added and some Turkeys to our small chicken flock, haha.

The Missing Piece

We all know no farm is complete without the brains of an intelligent herding dog…So the Aussies moved in and they been getting the job done here at the farm. Daily Life

Outside of farm life my husband, Jesse and I are grandparents to two very handsome grandsons. My husband works as an Auto Service Technician and I work as an ER Nurse at our local Emergency Room. We have two biological children plus some extended children which include my two nieces and a few of my husband’s brothers that we took part in raising. A farm was needed to raise 7 kids, haha.
